嗳气·脾胃虚寒证（belching with syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach[1]）是指脾胃阳虚，寒从内生，以嗳气时作时止，嗳声低弱，食欲不振，神疲乏力，四肢不温，面色少华，或泛吐清水，舌淡，苔白润，脉迟缓等为常见症的嗳气证候。
